Most people who contribute their time and energy to OutdoorLads do so on a voluntary basis. We employ only a small (but highly professional and dedicated) admin team. 

To get more involved in OutdoorLads, just drop us a note or give us a call. We'd love to hear form you.

Charity

OutdoorLads is a registered charity and you'll find us listed on the Charity Commission website. Our governing document is the Articles of Association.

Concerns or Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint about OutdoorLads, an OutdoorLads event, a volunteer, a member or our staff, please let us know.

If you're on an event, please speak to the leader if possible who will do their best to resolve any situations that arise. If that's not possible, or if your concern is of a different nature, you can contact our admin team, or one of our Trustees. You'll find their details on our site. Alternatively if you prefer you can complete our Concern or Complaint Form below.

Whilst they are thankfully rare, we take any concerns and complaints seriously and will investigate and seek to resolve any matters arising with to the best of our ability and with respect and consideration for anyone involved.
