How to decide whether OutdoorLads is right for you...
The only way to know for sure is to come to one of our 1,500 events a year and test us out for yourself!
When you register your details with us you'll become a Pay As You Go Member, and to encourage you to try us out, we'll give you two free trial coupons.
Each coupon is can be used to go on a walking, cycling, outdoor climbing, scrambling event for FREE! Alternatively, you could decide to try a weekend hostel or camping event and use one, or both, vouchers to reduce the total price.
The two trial coupons are valid whilst you are a Pay As You Go Member, so that you can try OutdoorLads and decide if you want to be involved.
You can also go on as many of our social events as you like, as they are always free to everyone.
And as a Pay As You Go Member you'll also be able to try indoor climbing or indoor bouldering events for free. We don't charge for these, but you would need to pay an admission fee directly to the climbing centre on the day of the event.
You can remain a Pay As You Go Member for as long as you like, and if you decide to attend a couple of events per year it can be the best option, but if you decide to take part in events more frequently than that, then you could consider becoming a Full Member.
If you become a Full Member you will automatically see the Full Member event prices, and any unused trial coupons will cease to work.
Full Membership entitles you to a free place on most walking and cycling events, lower prices on paid events, and access to further discounts on some events if you are one of the first to sign up. You'll also have a vote at our Annual General Meeting, and are eligible to stand as a trustee!
If you sign up to pay by Direct Debit, then you get 15 months for the price of 12 in the first year and a FREE OutdoorLads t-shirt!
Full Membership is available at the Concession price of £13.00 for qualifying applicants.
Full Membership is also available for a fixed term, paid by credit or debit card - but you won't get a free t-shirt of 15 months for the price of 12:
