The OutdoorLads Annual General Meeting 2023 is to be held on Saturday 23rd September 2023 at 15:00 (registration from 2:30) as a hybrid meeting. In person it will be at HOME, 2 Tony Wilson Place, First Street, Manchester, M15 4FN. Please register to attend here.

All those who are full (including concession) members as at 1 September 2023 are invited to attend and vote at the meeting.
Please register your attendance at the meeting on the event pages so we know who to expect on the day.

Proxy Voting Form
- Only use this if you cannot attend in person or virtually on the day. You will need to have completed this by Friday 22nd September 2023 at 12 noon for your vote to count.
- You will need to be a Full/Concession Member and provide your Membership ID for your vote to count.
- You will not be able to vote to approve the accounts until we receive and publish them on Monday 18th September. You can update your vote accordingly from then.
