Water Park Walk in Manchester

Join ODL leader Michael for a Sunday leisure walk, beginning at Chorlton Water Park. We will walk through Chorlton Water Park, along the the river Mersey. After a while, we will walk back along the river before entering Sale Water Park and doing a loop of the park. There will be an opportunity to stop in Sale Water Park for lunch - you can either bring your own sandwiches/snacks or there is a cafe where you can buy food (if it is open).

The walk is mostly flat and is usually quite clear but, depending on recent weather conditions, could be muddy in places. The walk is around 8 miles and is dog friendly.

Towards the end of the walk (as we are heading back to Chorlton Water Park), we will stop for half an hour at a pub on the edge of Sale Water Park.
