Sing-Along: Wicked on the Outdoor Screen

🎶 OutdoorLads is heading to the movies — and you're invited! 🎶

Join us at First Street in Manchester for an unforgettable outdoor sing-along screening of Wicked, part of the SCENE Manchester LGBTQ+ Film Festival. This is your chance to enjoy a night of iconic music, magical storytelling, and community vibes in the open air.

We’ll be watching the 2024 film adaptation of the hit musical Wicked, a dazzling reimagining of the witches of Oz and the untold story behind Elphaba and Glinda. With lyrics on-screen throughout, you’ll be free to sing your heart out to Defying Gravity, Popular, and all your favourites.

This event is free and unticketed, all seating is on a first come first served basis so arrive early to avoid disappointment. We'll meet at 4:30pm to grab a drink together before the film starts at 5pm.

Let’s defy gravity together — and celebrate LGBTQ+ storytelling, friendship, and fabulousness on film!

If you're new to OutdoorLads then come along, grab a drink, find a friendly face and say hello! It's also the perfect opportunity for members to make friends and catch up with others, and discuss what’s new and the upcoming events.

Socials are a great event for both new and existing members. If you are in any way uncertain about joining OutdoorLads or are concerned about fitness/ability or whether OutdoorLads is for you, then do come along, have a drink with us and see why members have made friends through OutdoorLads.

You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend.
