Pride in London - Parade 2017
108 people attending

UPDATE TO START TIME: 11:15
Event Overview
Pride in London is the biggest pride in the UK and one of the largest LGBT events in the world! Last year over a million people attended this amazing day of celebration and, as always, OutdoorLads will be right in the thick of things in 2017.
Whether you like hiking, hostelling, kayaking, camping or climbing, grab your red t shirt and march through the streets of London with your OutdoorLads mates, to show your pride in being a part of this amazing organisation.
Pride is a brilliant day out and marching in front of the crowds past the big London sights is a real high. It’s also really sociable and the biggest party you’ll ever go to! This is an important way to spread the OutdoorLads message to new lads as well, and to show the world what OutdoorLads is and the kind of guys we are!
If you are not able to make the parade why not cheer us on from the roadside - the parade route can be found on the following link

Itinerary
PLEASE NOTE: As with last year, we have been allocated a limited number of wristbands, which have to be worn to enter the march route area. Please do not come to the meeting place hoping to march with us if you are not confirmed as attending on this event page (those on the waiting list are not confirmed as attending). Only those on the confirmed attendance list on this page will be guaranteed a wristband and participation in the event.
If this event is full, please join the waiting list and keep checking back. If you can't take part in the march, join us in the pub afterwards!
At the end, we will go to a pub near Trafalgar Square for a well-earned beverage!
What to bring
Food & drink
I would suggest eating something before the parade, and bringing a bottle of water along with you and some snacks, as we may be waiting around for quite a long time before the march gets going.
PLEASE NOTE: alcohol is absolutely forbidden from the parade. Any person drinking alcohol will be removed by the marshals, and any person in the possession of alcohol may also be removed.
Marshals will also remove any person who is drunk (or under the influence of drugs) so please do not drink in excess before the start. We'll go to the pub afterwards! :)
