This walk takes us a long a series of steep pointed hills, which look like the ridged back of a dragon. In fact they are coral reefs from an ancient tropical sea some 350 million years ago.
The walk is only about 7 miles long but involves quite a lot of height gain which can bee seen in the profile in the pictures.
Most people have no problems on the walk, but there is some quite steep ascent and descent sections over what may be slippery limestone, so if you are unhappy on steep and exposed paths, this walk may not be for you.
We will call at the famous time warp pub (1950s), the Quiet Woman at the end of the walk.

What to bring
Walking boots and poles, if you use them, as the terrain can be quite steep.
Waterproofs etc.
Food & drink
Bring a packed lunch and water, or other drinks, as the pub is at the end of the walk.
