The course generally can be completed within an hour.
A previous event “Spartan Race” run by Pat in May this year as an ODL team was ran with fun and friendly event. We are not concerned with making the best time we are simply making this an event that allows you to compete in this event with some new and old friends. Completing the course in whatever time gives the entrant a great sense of achievement and possibly a thirst for more similar events!
The obstacles vary from climbing walls, scrambling under nets, wading through water obstacles, rope climbs etc so it is very varied and fun. You do not need to be able to complete all the obstacles if you feel unable. The website has videos and all the info you need to sign up, the sooner you sign up the cheaper it is.
Food & drink
Food and drink will be available inside the stadium, but if you want something specific, please bring it along.
Those taking part may well go for a celebratory drink after the official end of the ODL event.
