Liverpool Beer Festival at Lutyens’ Crypt - Thursday PM

Liverpool OutdoorLads are heading to the CAMRA 2020 Beer Festival! Come and join us! We will be heading to Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral (officially known as the Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King and locally nicknamed Paddy's Wigwam). 

The Beer Festival itself will be situated in Lutyens' Crypt. Lutyens’ Crypt is no ordinary cathedral crypt... to many in the city this is Liverpool’s third cathedral, a secret spiritual space. You will be amazed by the beautiful brickwork and vaulted ceilings! 

If you wish to attend this event then instructions are as follows:

1) You MUST pre-purchase a Beer Festival ticket via the Eventbrite website. Please review the t&cs on the Eventbrite event before purchasing and the Eventbrite link is as follows: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/liverpool-beer-festival-2020-tickets-76134918591?aff=ebdssbeac

- You will need to purchase the following ticket: Thu 20th Feb (4:00pm until 10:00pm). N.b the OutdoorLads social will start at 6pm, but you’re free to arrive earlier. The cost of the ticket via Eventbrite is £4.00+£0.38 Fee. Tickets are available first come, first served... so once they are gone, they are gone so DON'T DELAY! A festival glass and programme will be provided free of charge on entry to the festival (included with the ticket). Beer tokens can be purchased at the event on the night for an additional charge. The Beer Festival promises to be a great event. If you've never been inside Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral then this is the perfect opportunity. And, even better, you can enjoy the surroundings of the largest Catholic cathedral in England, the Metropolitan Cathedral whilst sampling some of the delicious real ales and ciders they'll have on offer.

There will be a range of local, independent food suppliers at the festival to help soak up the alcohol.

Once the beer festival has finished, then the social will end - it's a school night :)

This social is a perfect opportunity to meet new friends, catch up with old ones and discuss what’s new and upcoming events. This is a great event for new and existing members where new members can come along and find out what we are all about. Social events provide a support network for local members.
