500 metres elevation. Mainly flat. Some steep descent. 8 miles

Join Andy and Rob for a satisfying summer Sunday stroll around Dove Stone and the surrounding reservoirs.

This is a pleasant circular walk with striking views around Dovestone and string of neighbouring reservoirs: Yeoman Hey, Chew, and Greenfield Reservoir.

Hiking over a varied landscape, we will pass through Wimberry Crag before reaching Chew Reservoir.

We will then make our way across Dovestone Edge and visit the memorial plaque, before our descent followed by a walk in the lowland.

The moors offer stunning views and on a clear day as far as Wales!

There is a toilet block situated on the car park and the mobile café horsebox should be open.

There will be opportunity for people to stop off for refreshments / food locally after the walk.

This is a dog friendly walk - so please bring your pooches. The more the merrier.
