Come and join us on a circular road cycling ride taking in the country roads of north Lancashire and within touching distance of Yorkshire!

Starting from Lancaster train station we'll head up the Lune Valley cycle track to Caton and head towards the hills of the Forest of Bowand (an area of outstanding natural beauty). We'll pass through Slaidburn and Dunsop Bridge and some glorious countryside.

This road cycle ride is approximately 50 miles with 1500 metres of climbing which will require a reasonable level of fitness to complete. There will be regular breaks for everyone to catch up and ride together so please don’t be concerned about being left behind. If you regularly commute 5-10 miles per day or have recently completed a 35 mile bike ride, you should be well suited to complete this event.

Look forward to seeing you on the ride!

Thanks
Rich
