A 40 mile ride at an easy pace.

A leisurely cycle of about 40miles for anyone with a bike. This is a tailwind route (fingers crossed) that will try to keep away from the main roads and cycle along the south coast of the Forth. There may be a chance to stop and have a look at Blackness Castle (don't forget your Historic Scotland membership cards if you have them). After that we will ride over the Forth Bridge and then along the coast to Kirkcaldy.

The aim is that no-one will get left behind. However, should wish to drop out earlier, there are plenty of train stations along the way....

There will be chances along the way to stop for a cuppa and for 3 of us, a chance to complete the circle from 2 earlier rides in Fife in September.
