Some gates, small hills and a bit of mud. Also a reasonable pace in order to finish the walk before evening!
A 12 mile walk around the edge of Exeter. Starting and finishing at a train station for those who wish to use public transport.
- A mixture of green countryside valley parks and pavements of quiet leafy suburbs.

- Plenty of wonderful views of Exeter and the surrounding area
- Plus plenty of shops and places to stop
What to bring
You’ll need some suitable walking boots or Wellington boots, depending upon your preference. Dress according to the weather - it could be quite cold in February - although we may be lucky and have a lovely warm February weekend.
Food & drink
Bring some lunch with you along with plenty of water. We will pass some shops should you wish to ‘top-up’ your supplies.
