Join Stephen on an 8.5 mile walk in and around the River Kent in South Cumbria

Highlights will be 

1. Wandering  down Nannypie Land to pick up the River Kent  to then pass various cascades

2. Then onto  the remains of the defunct section of the Lancaster Canal with canal bridges in fields and crossing the aqueduct in Sedgewick

3. Walking through Levens Deer Park and see if we can spot the resident Fallow Deer and Bagot Goats

4. If open, stop at Levens Hall Cafe for a mid walk brew

5. Cross back into Levens Park 

6. We will follow the Kent passing some waterfalls

7. If we have time we can visit Low Sizergh Barn Farm Shop & Café for a brew and visit the farm shop

6. We then finish at the excellent Stricklands Arms . 

The idea is to have some food there after the walk . So will book a table when I get numbers nearer the time
