Chalford Scarecrow Trail

Each year in April, the Cotswold village of Chalford runs a scarecrow trail. A few dozen residents install homemade scarecrows in their gardens. Some will be brilliant, some will be bizarre, and some quite terrifying! Visitors can buy maps of the scarecrow locations, and collect pictures of as many as possible on a walk around the village.
Assuming we can get a few leaders signed up to the event, it might be nice to split up into small teams to walk the trail, meeting up in the pub for lunch in the afternoon.
There will be a charge of £3.50 (cash only) for trail maps, with money going to a local school.
