It's always good to try and burn a few calories before the inevitable Christmas feasting. Why not come along to a Zumba session and have a good shake!
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Do not worry it is not a dance class, there are no marks for getting it right on the first go, in fact, you will not take it all in, it takes a few sessions before the routines really start to sink in. All you need to do is keep moving, so long as you are out of breath at the end of the class you have done the class correctly as far as I am concerned.


What to bring
You'll need comfortable trainers or a dance pump, the slippier the grip the better.
Loose comfortable exercise clothes that you don't mind getting a bit wet and a small and towel to wipe your face between routines is a good idea.
Food & drink
You'll need a bottle of water as you are going to sweat.
