This event is part of The Big Clamber-Fantastic! - our weekend celebrating indoor climbing and bouldering. To take part in this session, you’ll need to have signed yourself into the bouldering centre as part of the main event. Though a lot of climbers focus on power and strength to improve their climbing, equally important benefits can come from improving your posture and flexibility. Join Sandra, professional climbing yoga instructor, for a special Outdoorlads yoga session. You’ll be taken through a series of poses, stretches and relaxation techniques that you’ll be able to take forward and practice in your own time to improve your flexibility and posture.
The cost of this event is £10 per person which you will need to pay in cash to Sandra, the instructor on the day.
What to bring
You can wear your normal bouldering kit for this, though you might want to take off your shoes for this one!
Food & drink
There won't be a planned break, but we encourage everyone to take a rest for a snack and to rehydrate during the session. There is a cafe area at the centre where hot and cold drinks along with snacks and cake can be purchased. Water fountains are available to refill your water bottles.
