Sunday stroll near Bury

Burrs Country Park, is a beautiful country park located just a mile outside Bury town centre. Our dog friendly Sunday stroll will take us past some of the Irwell Sculpture Trail and along the banks of the river itself. We then head towards ramsbottom and then loop back to Bury. Along the way we see the woods, hills and rivers of Bury. It's really amazing to have lovely countryside so close to a city.

The walk is undulating so walking boots are a must and the walk is about 8km long
