Shropshire 90km Road Cycle

A 90km (55 miles) road ride along some of the National Cycle Network routes in Shropshire. Quiet roads, pleasant scenery and ample pubs and coffee shops.
The route is here: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/28219591
The route heads north along National Cycle Network 55 from Telford to Market Drayton before wiggling it's way west to intersect Route 45 for the return southwards and finally Route 81 from Upton Magna back to Telford.
I confess these are generic cycling photos. My last Shropshire cycle was during winter and you don't want to see me in my lycra trousers.
Pace and Terrain
On road, with a reasonable amount of climbing (670m). The event pace and route is designed for road bikes rather than hybrids.
You do need reasonable personal fitness for this event. Broadly, anyone who has recently cycled over 40 miles and who has tackled some steep hills without too much difficulty will be able to complete this ride. It will be a long day so bring plenty of snacks and water.
