Join Ste and Outdoorlads for an evening of music at Counterfest A great way to see live music in a relaxed friendly atmosphere across several Arts venues across the town. Meeting firstly in a bar for a good chat before moving across to collect our wristbands and then enjoying a night moving between several venues. These are good quality bands playing familiar tunes from poplular rock bands ranging across the last few decades. Usually the crowds can catch three full sets and at least part of a set during the night with perforances starting around 6.30 and going on closer to midnight.
This is a well attended popular event. attracting visitors from outside the area.
For those wishing to stay overnight, there are a few hotels in and around the town centre or a short taxi ride away.
