Join us for a leisure cycle from Falkirk along the full length of the Union Canal. We'll meet at Falkirk High Station and head onto the Union Canal tow path where we'll head along the canal into the heart of Edinburgh past the historic town of Linlithgow where the palace is in view. Famous as the birth place of Mary, Queen of Scots its a great place to see, even if from a distance. It's a 30 mile cycle along flat tow path, so makes for a leisurely afternoon out. There are places to eat at the Edinburgh end so we will look for somewhere on arrival depending on the time.
The route can be found here.
