'Tis the season for a Christmas pub walk... fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la!
Join OutdoorLads in Essex for a pre-Christmas pub jaunt in Chelmsford!
Starting from the train station we will take a short 2 mile scenic walk through the park along the River Cam out of the town towards Writtle where we will stop at a local pub for lunch and drinks.
This will be a very relaxed, and easy event, which is more of a Christmas social for the region.
Bring a friend if you like, or if you're new to OutdoorLads or thinking about joining up in the new year, come along, meet some of your fellow OutdoorLads and enjoy a bit of Christmas spirit (or beer....or wine...) as we have a bit of a wander, get some fresh air and have some social time together too.
What to bring
The route we will be taking is along footpaths, and is only a total of 4 miles, so walking boots are not required. Comfortable shoes for walking are fine.
