Glencoe Mountain Summits (1) - Optional accommodation
20 people attending
0 places left
Starting off at one of the best locations for mountains in the UK the Glenoe we’ll be heading off for an adventure. We will agree as a group which routes and summits to do as there is a lot of variety within walking distance or a short drive such as Lost Valley, Pap of Glencoe, Ballachulish, Buachaille Etive Mor, Aonach Eagach, Ben Nevis etc.
This is part of a series of walks on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and I’ll be staying at the Red Squirrel Campsite arriving on the Tuesday evening which you are free to join me. If not along the same road are several other accommodation options including a Hostelling Scotland venue, independent hostel, B&B and hotel. Nearer the time I’ll send a message for a meeting location for each evening and morning, but we can be fairly flexible.
Due to the location the walks can be fairly serious but depending on the number of leaders who attend we may be able to have some more low-level events. Please ensure you have the correct kit with proper waterproofs, multiple layers and good boots as the minimum.
