An evening walk at Dunham Massey.
If the event is full please put your name on the waiting list. Then if someone pulls out of the event you will move up to the main list, we usually tell everyone on the waiting list to come anyway.
We will meet from 6pm at The Swan with Two Nicks to have a meal before the walk. We will set off about 7.30pm, so join us then if you don't want to have a meal.
We will cross the river Bollin and enter the Dunham Massey estate. Passing the hall we will walk through the park down the main drive maybe seeing some of the local deer as we go. We will then leave the park and walk through 'Dunham Town' to the Bridgewater Canal. We will then walk along the canal towpath back to the Swan With Two Nicks for a final drink.
What to bring
Could be muddy in places so best to have good walking boots or trainers and maybe carry a waterproof if it looks like there could be rain.
Food & drink
We will have a meal in the Swan With Two Nicks before we set off.
