Join Stephen on a 10 mile walk setting off from the market town of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley in Lancashire. (Clitheroe is pronounced as Cli-The-Row, I have heard worse pronunciations!)
Highlights of the walk will be
- Heading down to the river Ribble and past Waddow Hall
- Wandering over to the picturesque village of Waddington
- Heading up to Sour Dock Hill with views along the Ribble Valley and to Pendle Hill
- Walking on the moors just below Waddington Fell
- Heading down hill through a woodlands path
- Wandering through the village of West Bradford
- Heading back along the river back into town
- Then visiting Maxwell's cafe bar for some well earned post walk drinks
