London has lots of green spaces ' The lungs of the city' - This, as the second in a series of walks following the Capital Ring.
Starting out from Richmond Tube, we will head down to the Thames, before branching off and following the path of the River Brent, Heading past Kew and through Syon Park before finishing at Greenford Tube Station.

What to bring
This is a city walk and will be predominantly on tarmac so trainers will suffice unless it is very wet.
