BSC2022: Day at the Seaside (Friday 12.30pm)

This is one of the events organised as part of Big Spring Camp 2022.

Fish & Chips, ice cream and a walk along the promenade: all the the ingredients for a great day out at the Welsh seaside resort of Llandudno.

Once we have driven right past Conwy Castle and parked at the train station car park, we will have a mooch past the tramway station then along the pier where there'll be the opportunity for a quick play on gaming and 2p slot machines whilst remembering just how cheesy arcades are!

We then plan stop for fish & chips (other take aways are available) which we can eat on the beach or the promenade steps.

To walk off our lunch we will be heading for a walk along the promenade, stopping for an ice cream along the way.

If the weather is not fantastic, we can sit inside the chip shop for lunch and after a walk, go for tea and cake in a cafe.

This event is is suitable for members staying nearby with dogs.

Please note, we hope to car share from the camp to Llandudno so volunteers to drive would be appreciated.

IMPORTANT! - Participation Statement

You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend. 

Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms, even if they are extremely mild, or who has recently tested positive for Covid-19, is asked not to attend.
