Come underground on a voyage of discovery into a hidden world under a Welsh mountain. These disused mine passages, tunnels and caverns are testament to slate extraction activities here over a hundred years ago. Over time, rocks have fallen, roofs have collapsed and water has reclaimed parts of these labyrinths.

What to bring

Helmet, harnesses, head lamps, rucksacks and all technical equipment will be provided. You'll need to wear wellies, a warm base layer and fleece and old waterproofs (these WILL get dirty). Ensure you have any personal medical items with you and don't forget a packed lunch and a drink.
