West Bay Circular

This walk has lots to enjoy, not just the stunning Jurassic Coastal views.

This circular walk includes:

• Sunken Paths
• Views from Thorncombe Beacon
• West Bay Harbour and beach - setting of the TV series Broardchurch
• River walk

Arrive early and explore the farm shop or enjoy a coffee in the cafe at Symondsbury Estate.

Symondsbury is a beautiful old village with an ancient sheep dip.

We will walk the Sunken paths and head south to the coastal path to Thorncombe Beacon. The walk then heads east to West bay where we will stop for lunch.

Lunch 

We will pause for lunch in West Bay for a chance to eat on the beach or you may choose to get fish and chips.

We will stop for about 45 minutes giving ever one a chance to walk the harbour wall, check out the famous cliff featured in Broardchurch and look around the local shops.

After lunch we will walk the river back via in Bridport.
