The first of these well-being sessions will be an introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation. A guided class where you can pause, reflect and invest some time in yourself and your own well-being. Perhaps you're a a regular to the practices of Mindfulness and Meditation, or perhaps this is completely new? This class is perfect for all levels of experience.
Who is Richard?
OutdoorLads has hosted three well being camping weekends at The Retreat Farm (www.http://retreatfarm.co.uk/) with all of the classes led by Richard Warner, a highly experienced and trained teacher of Mindfulness, Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
The session will be held in a Zoom online room - the details of how to join are below in the location details for the event. You can use Zoom on any device that supports the app/web/desktop based platform, i.e. PC, iPad, tablet, phone. As soon as the class starts, members will no longer be able to enter the room, so please be on time.
As the Retreat Farm and Richards teaching are a valuable resource, there is a small charge for this event, to help support The Retreat. The full fee will go to Richard, minus the card transaction and processing.

What to bring
You may find a pen and paper useful. Just wear comfortable clothes, perhaps have a cushion to sit on or keep warm with hoodie or blanket.
