A new twist on an old favourite, this is a linear walk ending with a steam train ride back to the start on the spa Valley line ( see http://www.spavalleyrailway.co.uk/ for more info) Setting off in rural Eridge just inside the Sussex border we will take a semi circular route that initially follows the High weald Landscape trail and then after passing the famous climbing rocks zig zags about as the follow the preserved steam line  towards Tunbridge wells. The scenery promises to be quite varied with some short sharp hills to contend with and pretty valleys with the odd stream running by. If we arrive in time there will be opportunities for getting tea in the famous Pantiles area, or maybe a quick pint before catching the train back.
