Join me on this leisurely spring circular walk from the historic town of Rochford along the river crouch to Pagelsham.
Based on Rochford Rail Station, this is a circular walk that initially follows the River Roach before heading north inland to Paglesham Churchend. There is ample parking at Rochford Station if you are driving. Saturday full day parking costs just £3.00.
Travelling to Rochford Station:
By Train: If you are travelling by train from London, the 08:55am train from London Liverpool Street will get you to Rochford Station for 09:44am
Distance: 13 miles (21 km)
Going: The route is generally on the flat and will combine a mix of footpaths with some road walking.

Food & drink
Please bring a packed lunch, plenty of snacks for energy and always remember to bring enough water. Although there will be opportunities to eat at the pub, we can not guarantee they will be able to cater for a group of this size.
