7 miles long, mostly flat but some gradients

Leisurely 7 mile walk through beautiful but fairly level Northumbrian countryside, partly following two former railway lines and connecting them with gorgeous streamside rambles and woods. Mostly flat but with some gradients in the woodland. Lots of opportunity to find wide spaces to sunbathe (hopefully!), take refreshment and lunch! Plenty of sheep and wildflowers to enjoy.
