Now it's light until 9 pm, come and enjoy the lighter evenings on this after-work leisurely social bike ride starting in Manchester City Centre. This event is a 15 miles, followed by an optional social drink or two in the Gay Village.

The cycle ride will be roughly 90 minutes and we’ll be cycling along canal tow paths, cycle track and quiet suburban roads (where possible). This event is open to cyclists of all abilities and bike types.

Road cyclists: Please be aware some canal tow paths might be a little rough and bumpy for thin tyres.
Mountain bikers: As much as possible we will try and keep off roads, but some navigation on-road will be unavoidable.

Don't forget to bring a bike lock if you want to stay for a drink after!

If the event is a success, it may become a regular monthly or bi-weekly event.

The provisional route can be viewed here:
