This event will open for bookings on Saturday 17th May We are trialling delayed booking for all day walks in the Northeast and Yorkshire Region to reduce waiting lists and late cancellations. We know that a significant number of members who book places on our walks eventually decide not to attend the event. This causes long waiting lists and makes it harder for those who wish to attend an event to obtain a place. If you are interested in attending this event, please click the ‘bookmark’ button to add this page to your list of bookmarked events. This will make it easier for you to find the page when the event opens for bookings.
Join Steve for a picturesque coastal twelve mile linear hike from Lower Newton near Craster to Seahouses.
The route is mostly on sand taking in Benthall and Beadnell Bay as a stop off.
The terrain is mostly flat with a few dunes and miles and miles of beaches and birdlife before we arrive at Seahouses which is a gorgeous little harbour village with loads of places to eat and drink.
The leader will make arrangements for vehicles to be left at the end point so can return together to the start.
