Hathersage, Eyam and Froggatt Day Walk
10 people attending
10 places left
This gentle, 10 mile circular walk starts in the popular Peak District village of Hathersage and follows Highlow Brook before ascending to Eyam Moor. We will then descend to Eyam, the famous plague village. Lunch will either be in Eyam or next to the river in the pretty village of Froggatt. If time permits, we may also call in for a quick drink at The Chequers. Following the River Derwent, we return to Hathersage via Grindleford. There will be an optional pub stop at the end of the walk.
Trains to/from Manchester and Sheffield call at Hathersage hourly on Sundays. However, there may be some disruption to timetables as a result of the industrial action the previous day. Please check online for up to date information before traveling.
