19 places left
A moderate 11 mile hike taking in part of the Sussex High Weald landscape in a loop around Ashurst Rail Station (50minutes from London Bridge). Making our way through wooded valleys, we will cross chalk streams and heritage rail tracks before eating our packed lunches at Harrisons Rocks, a large sandstone outcrop popular with local climbers (including ODL!).
Passing by the picturesque Groomsbridge Place, a 17th Century moated manor house, there is an opportunity for a refreshment drink at the nearby Crown Inn, before continuing back to Ashurst Rail station.
Dogs : this walk is suitable for dogs.
