Glasgow to Airdrie Evening Cycle
6 people attending
6 places left
This is the first in a series of 3 evening events using a large amount of Cycle route 75. This will eventually end in Edinburgh at the end of the 3rd ride.
This is intended to be a fun ride with an aim to increase fitness for all, especially with some of the longer Outdoorlads rides later in the season. Hybrid and Road bikes should be suitable for this ride.
We will leave the centre of Glasgow via Glasgow green and follow along the Clyde to Cambuslang. Following that, we will cut across to Uddingston and then to Coatbridge before arriving in Airdrie. Depending on time remaining there may be a possibility of a drink afterwards
This route follows along the National Cycle Network route 75 along the River Clyde to Airdrie Railway Station. The Route can be viewed here.
