Hello everyone :)
This is a total body workout, similar to yoga focusing on mobility and flexibility but has elements of strength and balance too.
Who is it for?
Intensity: Low / Intermediate
Impact: Low / None
Equipment: Mat, (yoga) belt/strap
A floor based workout focusing on mobility and flow. It will have some elements of strength and balance too. Ideal for those who want to move gently and improve mobility. Easy on the joints. You can work barefoot.
What do I need?
Just your body and your determination. Keep a water bottle and a towel nearby too. Ideally you need some space around you. 3mx3m is ideal but mat space is sufficient. You are recommended to have a mat and work barefoot or with socks.
What kind of stuff will we be doing?
This workout has elements of Yoga and Pilates and focuses on mobility, flow and flexibility. There are lots of options for everyone but you must be comfortable with working on the floor.
Please do not attempt this workout if you have any medical conditions that affect your ability to take part in exercise without consulting your doctor first.
Do not attempt anything beyond your capabilities.
If you experience any discomfort or pain, please stop. Please be aware of your footing and make sure that you have enough space around you.
