Cockerham Coastal and Canal Day Walk

Join Stephen on an 11 mile walk along the coast and countryside around the Lancashire village of Cockerham

Highlights of the walk

• Setting off from the small port of Glasson Dock
• Picking up the Lancaster canal Glasson Branch then onto the main Lancaster Canal
• Crossing fields  around Cockerham
• Walking along the coast with views across to Morecambe Bay
• Passing Cockersands Abbey
• Heading back into Glasson
• Then heading to one of the local pubs for some well earned post walk drinks
