London has lots of green spaces: 'the lungs of the city'. This is the fifth and longest in a series of walks following the Capital Ring.
Starting out from Stoke Newington Overground Station, we will follow the Capital Ring Path taking in the Walthamstow and Hackney marshes, Olympic Park, River Lee Navigation, Royal Albert Dock and crossing under the River Thames to finish at Woolwich Arsenal (with a well-deserved pint).
