BSC24: Pride (2014) Screening in Trefriw
20 people attending
10 places left
This is one of the events organised as part of Big Spring Camp 2024.
Why not start your Saturday evening off at BIG Spring Camp by mixing with the locals in Trefriw Village Hall to watch a screening of the film "Pride" - a true tale of gay and lesbian activists who during the miners strikes of 1984 supported Welsh mining families affected by the strikes. A great comedy, and a true tale that seems very fitting for this weekend!
The local film club (Trefriw Film Club) have invited us to join them at Trefriw Village Hall on Saturday evening for the screening. This is just a short walk from our base at Clwb Rygbi Nant Conwy, in the next village. You're welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks.
Attendees are welcome to arrive from 7pm at the village hall, with the screening starting at 7:30pm.
You will need to pay £5 on the door upon arrival. Cash or card accepted.
