BSC2018 Sunday Night Food: Goat Burger

The Little Food Hut will be serving: 

Minted Goat Burger with Spiced Apricot Relish

Conwy Valley Goat Patty served in a Tan Lan Brioche Bun, with Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes, little gem lettuce and a homemade Moroccan spiced apricot relish.

There are just 50 goat burgers available, so sign up quickly for this quickly! Orders close at midninght on Sunday 20th May 2018 and are non-refundable after that point. 

Gluten free burger buns are available if required, to order you'll need to buy the item and then e-mail support@outdoorlads.com with your request, putting "Gluten Free" in the title.

At the Little Food Hut, all food will be served in Biodegradable containers, napkins and wooden cutlery will also be provided, and the goat is reared locally on a family farm -  a really good, sustainable choice!
