BSC2018 The Great OutdoorLads Bake Off

Remember us from May 2016, that seems sooooo long ago.  What a great evening that was, hosted by Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry themselves....honest! 

Well, we are back for 2018 and we want your best bakes, softest breads and yummiest buns!!!  No bun pun intended!

Please register for this event if you intend to take part in The Great OutdoorLads Bake Off.  Once you arrive at camp, please let one of the organisers know you are taking part and you have your baked delight with you, so we can mark you off on the list.  

Before the event starts on the Saturday night, we will pre-select a number of entries to be judged on the night itself, unfortunately we cannot live judge everyone's entry as we might be there for a long time!  The pre-selection will be a random draw to ensure fairness to all who have entered the competition.

But rest assured, your cake, bake, bread or bun will be enjoyed whether it is judged or not.  As after the evening festivity, a bake sale will take place, with a slice of cake costing you 50p.  All of the funds raised will go directly into The OutdoorLads Foundation.  Last time we did this, we raised an incredible £125 which was just incredible.  You cake loving amazing people!!!

For those entries that are judged, you will stand a chance to win a wonderful prize from the "Prize Board" - cue cheers and applause from the audience. Check out the board when you arrive to see what you could be winning.

So get planning, plotting, kneading, whisking, whipping (ooeerrrrr) and finishing your potentially winning entries.  The judges will not be bribed in cake though....just to make that clear from the off!
