Breweries of the Black Country

Join Chris (chrisblakeref) on a day walk around the south-west corner of the Black Country. The walk will take in five different breweries. They are within a few miles of each other, which provides the perfect excuse to combine walking with beer!
The walk will meet at Rowley Regis station at 10.45am prompt to walk to the first brewery. The breweries are:
- Fixed Wheel Brewery (Blackheath)
- Craddock's (Stourbridge)
- Webster's (Wollaston)
- Green Duck Brewery (Stourbridge)
- Sadler's (Lye)
The event will finish at approximately 6pm in Lye (subject to drinking/walking speeds). People may wish to continue having a couple of drinks or perhaps a curry before heading off, but I will coordinate this on the day.
Whilst the walk won't be a scenery spectacular (an understatement of the century) it is one for the real ale drinkers.
Numbers are limited so please cancel your attendance if you find you are unable to come after registering.
Public transport information:
Please buy a ticket to cover you for a through journey to Rowley Regis and Stourbridge Town. If you need any advice please let me know.

What to bring
Whilst all walking will be on pavements please bring suitable clothing for walking a reasonable distance. Waterproofs may be necessary, so please bring them along.
Food & drink
Each pub we are going (bar the first) does serve food. I suggest if people need something to eat they get something in Stourbridge at the Craddock's pub.
