We’ll start at the tiny station at Avoncliff, before heading along the Kennett & Avon Canal to the magnificent aqueduct at Dundas. Here we'll turn off onto the disused Somerset Coal Canal and follow it through Monkton Coombe to Midford, where we'll climb up to the former Somerset & Dorset Railway and return to Bath deep underground via the 1 mile long Coombe Down Tunnel.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, however please note that the last third of this walk is along a busy cyclepath and through a long tunnel so they will need to be on a short lead.
