Join OutdoorLads on an outing to the annual Taste of Wickham Festival.
Wickham is an enchanting town, steeped in history, full of character and surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Hampshire’s Meon Valley. Established in Roman times, was the fording place of the River Meon on the Roman road between Chichester and Winchester.
Today, the village is known for its history, festivals and food and this event is an opportunity to visit the Taste of Wickham food festival. The festival was first held in Wickham's medieval square in 2014 and offers local produce, barbecues, tasters and cookery demonstrations, and has attracted crowds of over 4,000 people to the village each year.
This year is no different and will feature local producers with stalls selling local produce, food, drinks and crafts. 5 cookery demonstrations. 5 bands playing live music. Dance performances, magic shows and stilt walkers.
So join us for a social stroll round the festival in the company of your OutdoorLads friends.
