This training course is ideal for fit people who are already keen summer hill walkers and comfortable being out in any conditions. If you come to the course with 20 pre-logged winter walking days including the use of crampons and ice axe we may be able to asses your suitability to become a OutdoorLads winter walk leader.
This course includes 3 nights accommodation in twin rooms at East Cottage in Signal Rock cottages, Glencoe. www.signalrockglencoe.co.uk/accommodation/
The cost price of this course is £300. OutdoorLads will fund 50% of this on application for leaders who intend to lead walks in the future and work towards being a winter walk leader for OutdoorLads. So, successful applicants will pay just £150.
A WhatsApp group will be arranged beforehand to organise evening meals and shared transport up to the Highlands.
