West Sussex Area Social: August 2019 (Shoreham-by-Sea)

Continuing its 2019 summer tour, the West Sussex Social lands in the pretty coastal market town of Shoreham-by-Sea, joining the Brighton Area Social for the evening.

We will be spending the evening at The Bridge Inn, just a short walk from Shoreham-by-Sea main railway station. Described on its website as a friendly pub with "two separate indoor areas and a beautiful terraced garden (including our Barbecue Shack), overlooking the River Adur. All our food is freshly prepared on the premises by our team of chefs and is locally sourced whenever possible. We offer a full menu lunchtimes and evenings including a Daily Specials board showcasing the finest local and seasonal ingredients including many fresh fish and seafood dishes."

Shoreham-by-Sea is served by direct trains from Brighton and London and there is usually on-street parking adjacent to the pub.
