Struggling in Lockdown 2.0 to get motivated?

Turn your doorstops back into dumbbells and revert your dryer to an exercise bike, then join ODL for an hours gym session each week. 

There's no particular routine or planned regime, you're welcome to just do as much as you're comfortable with, be it a Zwift bike, treadmill, rowing machine or yoga mat, all are welcome.

The session will run for an hour, but it's about encouraging exercise so feel free to just pop in for a 10 minute sprint on the treadmill or HIT session within the hour, or gently keep your cardio going for the full 60 min.

 

We will host this on Zoom - I will send a link on the day, but please have it installed on your device ready.
